AIB backs all island community of women founders Awakenhub with new partnership.

AwakenHub is delighted to announce AIB as an official partner.

AwakenHub is an all-island of Ireland community established to level up opportunity, access and connectivity for women founders by removing barriers to investment, scale and success.

AwakenHub was founded during the Covid-19 pandemic in July 2020 as a response to the co-founders receiving multiple individual approaches for help from women whose businesses or professional situation was upended overnight.

Set up as a registered social enterprise, the community has now grown to 2,000 subscribers to include a group of Irish or Irish connected women abroad who are keen to play their part as allies, or founders potentially looking to relocate to Ireland.

AIB has backed women founded businesses through a variety of programmes, is committed to supporting women entrepreneurs and providing them with the networks they need to scale a business.
