As AwakenHub continues to expand it’s AwakenClub private members community offering we are delighted to launch our 5-part Legal Series Journey Map for women founders thanks to our legal partner Taylor Wessing Ireland.

We know how tricky it can be as an early-stage founder to navigate the legal landscape and things are equally as complicated when it comes to ‘Term Sheets’, ‘Due Diligence’ and other legal terminology as you grow and scale.

It’s never too early to have a good lawyer on your side or representing you and your company. Rooky errors can cost you big time when you don’t know what you don’t know.

We like to make sure that our AwakenClub members get meaningful and tangible content which is why we are so pleased to bring you this comprehensive Workshop Series:

29 February – Session 1: Setting up. types of companies, the incorporation process, the companies registration office, corporate governance, advisers, and share options.
20 March – Session 2: Setting out your stall. Websites, IP and GDPR.
24 April – Session 3: Working with others. Supply chain, customer base and employee management.
29 May – Session 4: Fundraising. Business plans, due diligence, raising capital, and investors.
25 June – Session 5: Term sheet. In depth session on the key features of a term sheet.

The Legal Series Journey Map will feature expert insights, practical advice, and case studies to assist entrepreneurs in making more informed legal decisions whether establishing a new venture, navigating regulatory compliance, or preparing for investment rounds.

Attendees will also be able to book follow-up ‘Meet the Experts’ consults.
